Founded in 2014, Becker Patentübersetzung GmbH is a specialised language service provider for all aspects of intellectual property. We deliver high-quality translations in German, English, French and Spanish.
Patent specifications
Our core services include the translation of patent applications — covering the description, claims, abstract and drawings. You will receive drawings from us either as a PDF document and/or as an editable Word file (with text fields created using the screenshot method).
Patent claims / rule 71(3) EPC
Another key part of our work is the translation of claim sets, typically prepared in connection with documentation ready for grant in the European grant procedure in accordance with Rule 71(3) EPC.
Examination reports, oppositions & more
We are also happy to translate examination reports, notices of opposition and commercial register extracts for you.
If required, all translations can be certified, legalised and/or notarised.
